How Cancellations Work

Enter the email you ordered with, the order number, and why you want to cancel.

We check the order status
Within 24 hours our team looks up the order and confirms whether it has left the warehouse.

You get a written answer
We email you to confirm the cancellation, or to explain the next step if the order has already shipped.

We Have Your Request
We will look at your request and reply within 24 hours. Orders that have already shipped may not be cancellable, but they can still be returned under our 30-day policy.
